Product Manager

Job Overview:

Xcodexa is seeking a results-oriented and strategic Product Manager to lead the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps. As a Product Manager at Xcodexa, you will play a key role in defining and delivering innovative solutions that meet customer needs and contribute to the overall success of our products. Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy:

  • Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and customer needs.
  • Define and prioritize features and functionalities based on business value and user impact.

Roadmap Planning:

  • Create and maintain detailed product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather input and feedback for roadmap refinement.
  • Communicate the product roadmap to internal teams, executives, and external stakeholders.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
  • Foster a collaborative environment to ensure effective communication and execution.
  • Serve as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams to drive product development.

Product Development:

  • Lead the end-to-end product development process from ideation to launch.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, making data-driven decisions.

User Experience and Design:

  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly product experiences.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to inform product enhancements.
  • Advocate for a customer-centric approach in product development.

Market Analysis:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
  • Analyze market data to make informed decisions about product positioning and differentiation.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Experience working in an agile development environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
